NOTE:
- Cut the Pineapple pieces finely but do not mash them (you want the pieces while eating the kesari)
- Do not use the frozen or canned pineapple for this recipe, it will give a terrible smell to the kesari.
- Since my family eats less sugar i have added only 1 cup, but you can always adjust the sugar adding little by little and tasting it. so You won't end up adding more or less sugar than required.
- Unlike other kesari recipes do not add more ghee or cardamom than given here. You do not want any other ingredient to dominate the taste of the pineapple.
